Ranging from 2-day to 2-month programmes, FinTech training programmes aim to help meet the growing demand for FinTech talent in Singapore and beyond. As FinTech continues to impact how companies do business, the training aims to fill the existing gaps and expand the frontiers in FinTech domain. The main objective of the training is to improve the skills of FinTech specialists as well as mid- and high-level executives in FinTech and related fields. According to a recent survey, Singapore's FinTech firms are struggling to attract and retain talent. 94% of the 160 FinTech firms that responded to the survey stated that they're facing a talent shortage.
