View detailed learning outcomes
  1. Read the AI landscape

Understand market dynamics, emerging Gen AI and Agentic AI trends, and the MindForge five-persona lens on what executives personally own.

  2. Make proportionate investment decisions

Apply use-case risk materiality tiering to business cases, governance costs, infrastructure fitness and the disclosures required of third-party AI providers.

  3. Build an AI-ready organisation

Define Board and Senior Management responsibilities, set AI risk appetite, choose an AI risk taxonomy, and use inventories and executive dashboards to challenge portfolio risk.

  4. Design human–AI collaboration

Match human oversight to use-case risk tiers and develop role-based AI fluency, skills, knowledge and culture across the organisation.

  5. Govern agents before they act

Distinguish design-time governance from runtime authorisation: demand explicit agent mandates, institution-owned controls, action dispositions and tamper-evident audit logs. SAFR is taught as a non-binding industry reference.

  6. Leave with practical instruments

Take away a tiered view of two use cases, a dashboard-challenge protocol, and the Appendix H checklist with a course-supplied scoring overlay for the next Board or Risk Committee cycle.
