Tencent Partners with The Asian Institute of Digital Finance to Spearhead Fintech Innovations in Asia
Tencent announced at the Singapore Fintech Festival 2021 that it will be partnering with the Asian Institute of Digital Finance (AIDF), an institute within the National University of Singapore (NUS) that is jointly founded by The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), the National Research Foundation (NRF) and NUS.
AIDF’s Executive Director Prof. Jin-Chuan Duan and NUS MBA alumnus Hsann Aung Naing shared their views and thoughts on the potential and challenges of cryptocurrency and digital assets.

SINGAPORE – A research institute to develop capabilities to support the needs of digital financial services in Asia will play a part in nurturing a pipeline of talent in financial technology (fintech), said Deputy Prime Minister Heng Swee Keat.
