Engage in 10 expert-led sessions that focus on essential themes including digital insurance trends, AI, generative AI, blockchain, Customers & marketing, embedded insurance, ecosystem models. Underwriting & claims, digital advisors and Tech implementation

Case Study Assignments
Analyze real-world insurance scenarios by completing a minimum of 2 case study-based assignments selected from Tech Enablers, Value Chain Innovations or Digital Business Models.

Develop a business plan focused on an innovation in insurance, supported by guidance from faculty mentors and industry peers, that aims to deliver value to your Program Sponsor.

Study Week in Singapore

Case-Study Assignments
- Participants develop case studies: Analyze a Tech Enabler, a Value Chain Innovation and a Digital Business Model.
- PowerPoint-based with an analysis template.
- Participants must complete a minimum of 2 assignments although they are strongly encouraged to complete all three.
Capstone project
- Detailed business plan to implement a value chain innovation or digital business model.
- This topic for the Capstone Project will be chosen with Company Sponsors approval and will be presented to the Company upon conclusion.
- Final project will be presented to Faculty Mentor and Participant Buddy and 1-2 other Faculty leads or industry judges, as appropriate.
Completion Requirements
- Complete all 24 lessons
- Complete and pass a minimum of 2 assignments
- Attend minimum of 4 Discussion Groups
- Attend kick off, Study Group week and Project Week
- Complete Capstone Project and exceed the pass mark

SGD $25,000
- Subject to additional 9% for Singapore Goods & Services Tax (GST)
