Generative AI and Agentic AI are reshaping how financial institutions operate, and the professionals who govern, oversee, and enable these technologies are under growing pressure to act with both speed and rigour. As AI adoption accelerates, custodians across the second and third lines of defence must balance innovation with accountability, ensuring their organisations meet rising regulatory expectations without stifling business value.

This programme is designed for professionals in oversight, governance, enablement, and risk management roles, including those in compliance, legal, technology, talent, and internal audit — who are responsible for applying AI governance policies, managing AI risks, and enabling responsible adoption across their institutions.

Participants will be introduced to the FEAT principles and the MindForge AI Risk Management and Governance Framework, applying these to real-world GenAI and Agentic AI scenarios. Through practical case studies and interactive exercises, they will develop the skills to identify and assess AI risks, design governance frameworks, implement safeguards for data and systems, and engage stakeholders to support compliant, transparent, and value-driven AI adoption.
